As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quantitative Researcher to join our team.
As a Quantitative Researcher at Enflux, you will be at the forefront of the digital asset marketplace, applying your analytical and statistical skills to drive our trading strategies and decision-making processes. You will be responsible for researching and developing new models and algorithms that will directly impact the company's trading strategies and financial performance.
Job responsibilities
- Develop predictive statistical models to analyze and interpret rich, high-volume datasets.
- Conduct extensive backtesting, simulation, and analysis to assess the performance and risk of trading strategies.
- Use data mining techniques to identify and exploit market patterns and trends.
- Collaborate with software engineers to implement and optimize trading algorithms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research in quantitative finance and apply relevant insights to improve our strategies.
- Present complex quantitative analysis in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders with varying levels of statistical knowledge.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in a highly quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Financial Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python or C++ for complex quantitative modeling and analysis.
- Experience with machine learning techniques and statistical analysis tools.
- Deep understanding of financial markets and digital assets.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
